Lifespace Communities Welcomes Kevina Braun-Finn as Vice President, Architecture, Applications and Digital Technology

Lifespace Communities, one of the nation’s top 10 largest nonprofit senior living organizations, announced the addition of Kevina Finn-Braun to its technology team as vice president, architecture, applications and digital technology. Finn-Braun officially began her role on January 21, reporting directly to Chief Technology Officer Srini Alagarsamy.
With more than 20 years of experience in both enterprise and consumer technology solutions, Finn-Brain brings a wealth of expertise to Lifespace. She most recently served as vice president of information technology at NielsenIQ, a global leader in consumer intelligence. There, she spearheaded enterprise architecture initiatives, integrated platforms across departments, deployed AI-driven solutions, and established robust governance practices. Her leadership portfolio also includes roles at Splunk, Intuit, and Salesforce, where she drove technological innovation and operational excellence.
“Kevina’s deep expertise in technology architecture and applications will be invaluable as we continue to enhance the experience for both our residents and team members,” said Alagarsamy. “Her leadership in implementing innovative digital solutions will not only improve our quality of care but also optimizes our operations, strengthening Lifespace’s technology position as a leader in senior living.”
In her role, Finn-Braun will lead efforts to advance Lifespace’s technology and software design, leveraging cutting-edge solutions to continuously improve business processes and enhance the experiences of team members and residents. She will collaborate closely with the leadership team to align Lifespace’s technology initiatives with its overall business goals.
