Srini Alagarsamy Joins Lifespace Communities As Chief Technology Officer

Lifespace Communities announced Srini Alagarsamy joined the senior living organization as chief technology officer on April 9. Alagarsamy will play an integral role in fostering strategic innovation and guiding Lifespace’s long-term technological vision, as well as overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, software applications, and data and analytics.
“Srini brings years of relevant experience to this role leading large-scale digital transformations and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data management, and security protocols to drive innovation,” said Jesse Jantzen, Lifespace Communities president and CEO. “He is aligned with Lifespace on the importance of collaboration and empowering our residents and team members to live their aspirations, and he is looking forward to being part of an organization that provides best-in-class service for older adults.”
Alagarsamy has over 23 years of leading digital transformations for Fortune 100 companies. His responsibilities have included managing digital platforms, engineering, product management, agile practices, software, and cloud for organizations that include General Motors Financial, Sallie Mae, and Cigna.

Alagarsamy earned a Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University. He will also serve as a member of the Lifespace Senior Leadership Team.
