Lifespace Communities Elects Venita Fields as New Board Chair

Lifespace is pleased to announce Venita Fields has been elected to serve as Board Chair. As we enter this new chapter under Venita’s board leadership, we look forward to the continued advancements we will make in transforming the field of aging.

Venita’s tenure on the Lifespace Board of Directors since 2018 has been marked by invaluable contributions, including her roles as Chair of the Nomination & Governance Committee, Finance & Investment Committee, and Vice Chair of the Board. Her broad independent corporate board experience, financial and investment management background, and pragmatic leadership have played a pivotal role in advancing Lifespace’s mission of fostering communities where individuals can thrive and pursue their aspirations.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to outgoing Board Chair, Neal Yanofsky, for his dedication and significant contributions during his tenure over the past three years. We appreciate his continued service as a member of the Board.
