Oak Trace Hosts Yoga ‘Goat-Together’

Active aging is about being fully engaged in all areas of our life that impact wellness. At our Oak Trace community in Downers Grove, Illinois, residents eagerly embrace trying new things, including goat yoga. Residents were able to practice their yoga poses while playing with the goats.
